Terms & Conditions

Price: 35 Euro per night per person. 

For sustainability reasons we would like to discourage just one night stays. The price includes a simple breakfast (coffee/tea & fruit/biscuits) and bedlinen, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A more sustaining full Finnish breakfast can be prepared at an extra 10 Euro per person. 10% discount for stays more than 7 days. Maximum stay 30 days.

Cleaning fee: Of 10 Euro at the end of the stay for shorter stays than a week.

Checking time: Can be arranged. 
 

Checking out: By 12.00, so we can prepare the room for possible next quest/s.

Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours from the start of the stay. 25% refunds for cancellations made as late as 7 days from start of the stay (counted from 00.00).
 

Access: No easy access for wheelchair users as the site is hilly and on two levels, therefore not ideal for babies or very young either. 

Animals: Unfortunately no facilities for animals but neighbours have plenty if you would like to befriend with cows, cats, donkies, horses, bees or dogs.

Identity: As the law in Italy, please bring an ID with you as we have to provide a copy for the local authorities (police).
